G-spot
Updated:The G-spot, or Gräfenberg spot, is a debated erogenous area located on the anterior (front) vaginal wall. It is typically described as being located 1-3 inches inside the vagina on the front wall, behind the pubic bone. Stimulation of this area is said to produce intense sexual pleasure and even orgasm in some women.
Additional Information
The existence of the G-spot as a distinct anatomical structure is controversial. Some researchers believe it is actually an internal extension of the clitoris. Others propose it may be an area where the vagina, urethra, and internal clitoris intersect, making it especially sensitive. Not all women report experiencing notable G-spot stimulation or orgasms.
Stimulation techniques often involve a "come hither" curling motion with fingers or use of curved sex toys. Some women report G-spot stimulation leads to a need to urinate or female ejaculation. Open communication with partners is key for pleasurable G-spot exploration.
